Fast Pass provides clearly priced manual driving lessons across selected areas of Glasgow, East Dunbartonshire and North Lanarkshire.
You can pay for individual lessons or reduce the average hourly cost by booking a block of 10, 20 or 30 hours.
The prices below are the current Fast Pass lesson prices. There is no separate compulsory booking fee added to the published lesson price.
A single one-hour manual driving lesson costs £40.
This option may suit:
A two-hour manual driving lesson costs £80.
A longer lesson can provide more time to travel between different road environments, practise a subject repeatedly and review progress without rushing.
Two-hour lessons are not automatically the best choice for every learner. Concentration, experience, availability and lesson objectives should all be considered.
A block of 10 manual driving-lesson hours costs £380.
This works out at £38 per hour, saving £20 compared with paying for ten individual £40 lessons.
A block of 20 manual driving-lesson hours costs £760.
This works out at £38 per hour, saving £40 compared with paying for twenty individual lessons.
A block of 30 manual driving-lesson hours costs £1,140.
This works out at £38 per hour, saving £60 compared with paying for thirty individual lessons.
Block bookings can provide better value, but you do not need to purchase a large block before your postcode, availability and current experience have been discussed.
The block-booking discount is straightforward: each prepaid block hour costs £38 instead of the normal £40 single-lesson rate.
The right option depends on your experience, budget, availability and how regularly you plan to learn.
Individual lessons provide flexibility and may suit a new pupil who wants to begin without purchasing a larger block immediately.
A ten-hour block may suit learners who want a lower hourly cost while keeping the initial commitment manageable.
Larger blocks may suit complete beginners or learners planning a regular programme of tuition. However, the number of hours someone ultimately needs cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Lesson frequency also matters. Regular lessons usually make it easier to retain skills than repeatedly taking long breaks, although the best schedule depends on personal circumstances and current availability.
Your Fast Pass driving-lesson price includes:
Fast Pass currently provides manual tuition rather than automatic driving lessons.
No driving school can responsibly guarantee that a particular number of lessons will result in a pass.
Progress depends on factors including:
A block booking purchases tuition time. It does not guarantee a test date, a specific result or use of the tuition vehicle before the required driving standard has been reached.
There is no reliable single figure that applies to every learner.
A complete beginner may require substantially more tuition than someone who has already developed safe control, observation and planning skills. Private practice can also affect progress, provided it is legal, properly supervised and reinforces safe habits.
Your progress should be reviewed through what you can do safely and independently—not simply by counting the hours completed.
Fast Pass also considers enquiries for intensive or semi-intensive manual driving courses.
An intensive course is not automatically suitable for every learner. Availability, previous experience, theory-test status, practical-test plans and the number of hours required must be considered first.
Completing a course quickly does not remove the need to reach a safe and consistent independent driving standard.
Fast Pass considers manual driving-lesson enquiries from selected parts of Glasgow, East Dunbartonshire and North Lanarkshire.
Dedicated local pages include:
The same standard lesson prices apply across the normal Fast Pass coverage area. Availability depends on your exact postcode, travelling time and regular lesson times.
Your practical-lesson budget is only part of preparing for the driving test. You must also pass the theory test before taking the practical test.
Clutch by Fast Pass helps learners understand why answers are wrong and identify the Highway Code rules they need to revisit.
You can begin with a free full 50-question theory mock test.
Send an enquiry before making plans around a block booking. Include:
This allows Fast Pass to check whether your location and preferred times can be fitted into the current lesson diary.

Yes. Individual one-hour and two-hour lessons are available, subject to current diary availability.
Fast Pass currently provides manual driving lessons.
No. A block booking purchases lesson time. Test readiness depends on demonstrating safe, consistent and independent driving.
You can enquire, but include the test date, test centre, previous experience and availability. A suitable diary space, enough preparation time and use of the tuition vehicle cannot be assumed until those details have been reviewed.
Not necessarily. An intensive-course plan depends on the number of hours, existing experience, timetable and current availability. The course should be discussed before any payment is arranged.
Send your postcode, previous experience and normal lesson times through the enquiry form before choosing a block. This is the quickest way to establish whether a suitable regular space is available.

Learned to drive with Scott almost 10 years ago now and even to this day I still recommend him to anyone that is looking for a driving instructor, he’s very relaxed and makes you feel really at ease from the word go, he is very straight talking and gives very clear instructions, I undertook one of his 30 hour intense driving courses over the course of 10 days and it allowed me to pass my test only 3 weeks after I turned 17, couldn’t recommend Scott enoughPosted on Google Andrew ShepherdTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
